This 96 unit luxury senior living complex sits in the heart of Basking Ridge NJ. Including such amenities as, a beautiful dining area, pub, hair salon, gym and courtyard grill.

Contemporary provided the full plumbing scope on this project, from underground plumbing, above ceiling & in wall rough, as well as Kohler & Symmons finishes.

The Jewish Home at Rockleigh

The Jewish Home at Rockleigh added a 64 unit subacute rehabilitation facility to its sprawling 16 acre campus. Top of the line amenities include a hydro works rehab spa, an indoor pool, and two dining areas. This facility is also equipped with a full medical gas system for patients in need and a complex plumbing system to accommodate their needs.

Contemporary provided the full plumbing scope for this project including underground plumbing, above ceiling piping, medical gas system and beautiful finish work.

99 Passaic Avenue, Garfield NJ

All 88 units at 99 Passaic Street scream luxury. Equipped with full kitchens, bathrooms with ADA adaptable showers, laundry in each unit and 2 levels of indoor parking.

Brandywine Living at Summit

Brandywine Living at Summit NJ is an 87 unit luxury senior living complex. This renovation project updated the many amenities provided including resident suites, on site hair salon, gym, pub, dining area and courtyard complete with grills.

Amazon Distribution Centers: Rutherford & Woodland Park

Amazon distribution centers are truly a work of art. Rutherford and Woodland Park Amazon distribution centers total 750,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. Working with the Amazon team has been a true pleasure. Safety is a first priority in their facilities.

848 River Road, Garfield NJ

848 River Road is a breath of fresh air. This luxury apartment complex boasts 80 units with full kitchens, bathrooms with ADA adaptable showers, in unit laundry and 2 levels of secure indoor parking.

Preferred Freezer: Hillsborough, Kearny, & Logan

Preferred Freezer Services (PFS) are industrial refrigeration warehouses leasing cold storage space for food and medical use.

Contemporary has had the opportunity to build a great relationship with the PFS team. We have built their facilities and also continue to do service work in some of their other locations around NJ.

LA Fitness: Bayonne, Brick, Edison, Linden, Newark, Toms River NJ & Lanham Maryland

Over the past 6 years we have built a relationship with the team over at LAF that truly makes us proud. The systems at LA Fitness are quite complex. The water heater/ heat exchanger rooms are a work of art. Including separate shut off valves for each battery operated fixture located on the manifold. This makes shutting down individual fixtures simple causing as little disruption to their clients as possible.

Contemporary has provided several full plumbing scopes to LA Fitness over the years.

Linden Logistics Center : Buildings C, D, E, G & H

The Linden Logistics Center is a brand new distribution and sortation station complex. This impressive campus is located just off RT-95 in Linden, NJ. This is the future of industrial parks.

Contemporary is proud to have built over 3 million sq. ft. of industrial warehousing at this campus. We are now working on tenant fit-outs with in these warehouses for companies including Samsung, Peloton and WES logistics.

Wonder Foods at Cranford

The Wonder Foods Campus in Cranford boasts 9,000 linear feet of refrigeration piping and over 4,000 braised joints. Contemporary provided the refrigeration lines as well as the plumbing scope on this project.

This facility is comprised of 3 large commercial kitchens including 80 pieces of kitchen equipment in each. Truly an impressive food distribution center!
