Red Bull Training Complex
MORRISTOWN, NJ
The Red Bull project provided an opportunity to showcase the level of quality, coordination, and attention to detail we strive for at Contemporary Plumbing & Heating. With five active ground-up buildings under construction simultaneously, each requiring extensive MEPF coordination, the project demonstrated what can be accomplished when all trades work together toward a common goal. Through strong communication, collaboration, and careful planning, our teams successfully navigated a highly complex project while maintaining quality and meeting critical deadlines.
The Residence at Basking Ridge
BASKING RIDGE, NJ
This 96 unit luxury senior living complex sits in the heart of Basking Ridge NJ. Contemporary provided the full plumbing scope on this project, from underground plumbing, above ceiling & in wall rough, as well as Kohler & Symmons finishes.

Contemporary is proud to have built over 3 million sq. ft. of industrial warehousing at this campus. We are now working on tenant fit-outs with in these warehouses for companies including Samsung, Peloton and WES logistics.

The Jewish Home at Rockleigh
ROCKLEIGH, NJ
The Jewish Home at Rockleigh added a 64 unit subacute rehabilitation facility to its sprawling 16 acre campus. Contemporary provided the full plumbing scope for this project including underground plumbing, above ceiling piping, medical gas system and beautiful finish work.

GARFIELD, NJ
All 88 units at 99 Passaic Street scream luxury. Equipped with full kitchens, bathrooms with ADA adaptable showers, laundry in each unit and 2 levels of indoor parking.
Brandywine Living at Summit
SUMMIT, NJ
Brandywine Living at Summit NJ is an 87 unit luxury senior living complex. This renovation project updated the many amenities provided including resident suites, on site hair salon, gym, pub, dining area and courtyard complete with grills.
