When CPH is involved in designing your plumbing system, we think about the longevity of your system. We design each system with three main things in mind:
1. Figuring out ways to keep cost down without losing quality.
2. Thinking about future use for the building to make sure you have sewer, vent and water in places for tenants to reduce opening flooring and extending lines throughout your building.
3. Making sure your system is ready for any tenant you may rent to.
CAD/BIM SHOP DRAWINGS
CPH, Inc. utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D coordination to improve project planning, coordination, and execution from pre-construction through project completion. Our BIM process allows us to identify and resolve conflicts before construction begins, reducing field issues, minimizing rework, and helping maintain project schedules.
Our BIM team develops detailed plumbing models and works closely with the General Contractor, design team, and other trade partners during coordination meetings to ensure all building systems are fully integrated. Once coordination is complete, the model is used to generate installation drawings, layout information, and fabrication details that support efficient field installation and prefabrication.
Throughout construction, our project managers, BIM coordinators, and field supervisors work together to manage model updates, design revisions, and field conditions, ensuring the project team is always working from the most current information.
