Project managers are required to have 8+ years of experience in the plumbing trade with a minimum of 3 years as a lead foreman. The proper candidate for this position would have in field knowledge, excellent time management skills and the capability to lead a large scale commercial and industrial plumbing project.
We offer positions at this level to candidates with proven administrative experience, especially in the construction or plumbing industry. The ideal candidate will support our Vice President, Nicholas, and assist with estimating processes while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong organizational skills, experience in vendor management, and proficiency in QuickBooks. Knowledge of BuilderTrend is a plus.
We offer positions at this level to candidates with trade knowledge that can lead a small team on daily tasks. The perfect candidate would be well versed in the commercial plumbing field and able to take and give direction based on the site needs for the day. Must have 3 years of experience working in the plumbing trade.
We offer positions at this level to candidates with proven expertise in plumbing and mechanical construction, capable of leading project planning, execution, and closure. The ideal candidate will coordinate scheduling and construction processes to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Must have experience with various plumbing piping materials, strong time management skills, and OSHA 10 certification. Bilingual skills and a desire for professional growth are a plus. Must own hand tools, gloves, and boots.
